We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head Coach & Studio Lead to help shape Harmonia’s training program and establish an exceptional teaching standard from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves coaching clients, mentoring instructors and building a strong studio community. The Head Coach will teach regularly while also helping recruit, train and support the broader instructor team.

We are looking for an organized, creative and outgoing Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to manage the front desk while helping build Harmonia’s local presence and online community.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging social content and helping a growing brand come to life. It is a hands-on position combining client service, studio operations, marketing and content creation.

We are looking for skilled, energetic and encouraging Reformer Pilates Instructors to join Harmonia’s founding instructor team.
Our instructors will lead safe, thoughtful and challenging group reformer classes while creating an experience that feels personal and welcoming. This role is ideal for an instructor who cares deeply about form, purposeful movement and helping clients build lasting strength and confidence.
